Sir,
I booked complaint for my LG PC Desktop (dead at the moment) on 27.06.2010 telephonically. Two urgent reminders on 28.06.2010 and 29.06.2010 respectively were also booked over phone. On 30.06.2010 an Escalation form in this regard is also filled for the purpose.
But till now, i.e., at 12:30 PM of 1st July 2010 I have not even been contacted by the LG Services. I request you to sort out this problem today otherwise I have left no option other than to approach CONSUMER COURT.
