I saw a newspaper advertisement & called up "SUKUMA Computer" (H.O.: S-38 Geejgarh Vihar Hawa Sadak Jaipur, B.O.: B-392-A, 10-B Scheme, Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur, Phone: 09468769030). The tech came in & after troubleshooting my issue, forced me to buy a 1-year antivirus software for Rs. 150. I told him that i am fine taking it but i would need a bill. He installed the antivrus & said would come again the next day with the bill & the antivirus CD because he needs to go urgently though he didnot turn up. I was shocked when after 15 days the antivirus expired. I kept on calling these guys but most of the times they did not pick up my call & even if they did, told me that the tech would ne coming in today or tomorrow. Its been 2 months & i am now feeling like a humiliated & a cheated fellow.
