I have purchased an assembled computer from this company for Rs. 20000 in the month of
February. From the second month onward i have started facing problem from it.. It got hanged and I didn't even knew the reason.. they have given a warranty of 1yr.. But when I called that person he said they will charge 350 for the visit.. I agreed and paid the amount then he said there is some problem with it so he has to take it at his place but he won't take himself instead asked us to send it.. then after 1 month again it started showing problem.. and when i called he said he will charge me for the visit.. I agreed and paid Rs. 350 to him.. This computer is showing some or the other problem every month and when i call them they say that they will charge for it... Also because of all this I have lost many important data's from it.. Pls help me with it..
