Dear Sir,
We have purchased one LCD monitor one year back AOC make.From last 15 days we observed one black spot appear on screen.
We mail to AOC Regarding this Problem. AOC Service Engineers came and said us it is out of manufacturing defect. But it is a manufacturing default.
