Angry Warranty problem of Acer's Cyberage Desktop Computers
I am a student of St. Xavier Higher Secondary School, Goa and have recieved an acer computer through cyberage scheme.

Within 7 days of installation of computer I had a problem with TFT Monitor having serial no. AOC3HDNA1002680. So I contacted customer care and my complaint id is 100700548. The person FRIENDSFERD (Mob: 9823055601) sent by acer assured me that I'll be getting a replacement within a week as the TFT was defected but he did not turn up. After 10 days I again contacted Friendsferd but got a reply saying that "yours is not the only one computer that has to be replaced".

So how many DEFECTED ACER computer's are distributed???????

So I request the Indian Consumer Forum to take serious action against this.

I hope you will do the needful as early as possible.
