i had purchased lenovo laptop y500 with 55000rs and 4500 with extended warranty on 11 may 2007 my dvd writer started giving problem from dec 2007..every time i replaced it works for one month and then goes bad service center ppl have replaced it for more than 25 times it was slot in odd now they have given me tray in but it is also not working fine...i am thinking to put one case on lenovo on mental harrasment can i do that.......i have all 25 copies of complaint hard and softcopy both as well as some mails also i have saved...plz suggestion required plz mail me suvendu_15@yahoo.co.in
