With all respect it is to inform you that my friend jawed has purchased netbook computer from shree sai computer, Surat parle point on 14th may 2010. But on the same evening found that there was defect in the netbook computer as sound of the audio and video sound was not coming properly at all, Computer gets repeatatively hanged and you can't do two work at same time and I am paying 14900Rs for this computer which performance wise i thin not worth to pay even 7500 . when we told them about that they said we cannot replace the seal broken ( of the box) computer. but question is that how come we know the computer is proper or detective unless we open the box, then we gone again to meet him on 19th may as problem was larger and told him about the problem but he avoided as for almost 45 minute by making right or wrong calls and unnecessarily pretending he is busy and did not listen us, when we request him to pay some attention towards the problem, He started shouting as problem in the computer was apparent the very harsh and abusive words and was trying to hit us saying that nobody in surat can do anything to me and was alleging that you have come here to threaten me. He also push me two three times. The most important point is that for days has gone we bought the netbook computer they have still not provided the bill even after i asked him many times but all the time he avoided. I have already given him 7500 and rest of the amount that is 7400 has to be given after month.
