    Angry Acer

    I've been complaining to the the Acer service centre for the last month and a half for my laptop which has broken down during the extended warranty. The service centre keeps saying that they are looking into the complaint but I've not seen any progress.

    Every time only faulty parts are sent and then there is a wait of 4 to 5 days for replacement of the part which was meant to replace the original part.

    I've even spoken to Mr. Ketan Goankar who is a team leader form Acer Malad, he keeps assuring me that they are looking into it but nothing has yet materialized. He always says that the work will be done in 2 days or 3 days after which he asks me for another 2 days or 3 days. But it seems that they are just passing the buck.

    I've not even got a standby laptop which he had promised me.

    Hope that I can get the laptop repaired ASAP, as there is no point having a extended warranty offered to customers if you/ACER cannot fulfill it.

    Hello,
    I have Acer Aspire 5738ZG 2 years and i don't have any problems, my fev friends have it too so thay haven''t got any problems too.
    I could write 9/10 only battery life is short.

    Smile regarding warranty services

    Hello

    I have an ACER - ASPIRE 4740 laptop. I had extended two years warranty for Rs. 4500.
    On that time the representative of that company told me, I'll get benefit on all items of my laptop. But now i m getting some problem with battery back up. When I complained to company then Co.'s representative is telling me, extended warranty doesn't cover to battery. No senior person ready to talk.

    I have send a mail to the company but still no any response from the company.

    I think, this is a misguiding of customer with the help of hiding of some information.

    So, what should I take steps in this regard. Please help me.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    Still, I am not getting any reply from consumer forum except demanding my contact no. and not getting any reply from Acer Service Center except a mail related with "they read my complain mail"

    So, any body can help me, what I should do in next step.
