I've been complaining to the the Acer service centre for the last month and a half for my laptop which has broken down during the extended warranty. The service centre keeps saying that they are looking into the complaint but I've not seen any progress.
Every time only faulty parts are sent and then there is a wait of 4 to 5 days for replacement of the part which was meant to replace the original part.
I've even spoken to Mr. Ketan Goankar who is a team leader form Acer Malad, he keeps assuring me that they are looking into it but nothing has yet materialized. He always says that the work will be done in 2 days or 3 days after which he asks me for another 2 days or 3 days. But it seems that they are just passing the buck.
I've not even got a standby laptop which he had promised me.
Hope that I can get the laptop repaired ASAP, as there is no point having a extended warranty offered to customers if you/ACER cannot fulfill it.
