Dear Sir,
I had an acer aspire 5740G (bought in april 2011 and right now out of warranty), before 3 months some problem occur in charging section (unable to charge the battery) So I went to acer service center they repaired an charged 4950 Rs + 750 Rs extra service charge, and did not tell me what the problem was (when I insisted, they told me that they changed some capacitor and resistors). And gave me 1 month warranty if problem arise again.

With in 15 days I got the exactly same problem, So I went to the same service center, Now after that I have met them around 4-5 times, but they are giving false excuses.
Because of this my all study was ruined, and I am at the verge of filing a case in consumer court and in the police against acer as that service center is authorized by acer.
If acer only think about warranty customer only, then sir let me tell you I am studying in IIT Bombay, which has 8000 thousand students and all use computers and every year 2000 new students come. So if that kind of message went to them, you can what image will acer have.
