    i want ot sue the ACER INDIA TECH SUPPORT since the laptop got the MOBO Replament with in the 7 Months
    So need to charge a case on the ACER INDIA and the ACER Co. due to the failure of the product as well as Harrashment for the cust by the TECH SUPPORT GUYS

    So need help from the Consumer Court for the Same,

    Hi Team,

    This email is to inform that the tech agents to whom I spoke to were not able to provide me the sufficient data and were not willing to support
    Especially AFTAB from ACER INDIA TECH SUPPORT has disconnected the call for more than 3 times
    And Even RAJIV from ACER INDIA TECH SUPPORT has done the same.

    I am forwarding some of the conversations which I had with your tech support agents and they were not professional and were not knowing what they were speaking just were trying to get rid of the call

    Sitting in front of the Computer and Branding the ACER is not customers want. They call ACER TECH SUPPORT since they have an issue and just asking the cust to wait for 1 month to get the MOBO REPLACED is BULLSHIT (sorry to use the word).

    This is what your ACER TECH SUPPORT Works

    Just check and be ashamed for your tech support in INDIA

    Being an INDIAN I do understand the Quality of the response but I have paid for the product to which I am not getting the proper support

    I am going to lodge a Complaint in the CONSUMER COURT on MONDAY also attach a file.. and send it once again.. to be honest if u want me to stop then for my convenience there is cost that ACER has to pay and get the problems rectified

    ACER TECH SUPPORT Doesn’t Have MANAGER / SENIOUR TECH SUPPORT PERSON to whom we can speak to its Ridiculous.

    The case id : 011912 – 3 which was opened on 19th Jan 2011 and I had informed that the issue was with the MOBO and asked them to replace the same but the tech (GOVERDHAN) came to my place and reseated the parts and took the laptop to service center and no update till now from Service Center

    I had mentioned on the call on the same day where I reported the issue that its an issue with the MOBO and gave about a week time to get the MOBO replaced
    But the tech never ordered the MOBO

    Now when I called the Tech support they informed that the MOBO will be shipped on 5th FEB and till then I don’t have the laptop and its not working fine

    So requesting the Compensation for my Inconvenience will be high if u doesn’t get the laptop repaired by MONDAY 30th JAN 2012
    The Compensation will be VERY HUGE so get the laptop repaired by MONDAY on 30th JAN 2012 or be ready to bare my Compensations

    its been 48hrs and no update from your end so may be i may have to take the necessary actions against you all
    and to ur information ur TECH SUPPORT Is one of the Worst ever heard
    Since there is no MANAGER who can dam listen to the cust gravioences
    If u people are not listining to customers grevences then there is a place i can go to which is known as CONSUMER COURT and also to HIGH COURT and file a case on You people so that you will repent later.

    for all those i called today are not fit to be in Acer Tech support and if u don't want to support the customes then y the TECH Support Exists.. just for the name sake. i will attach couple of more calls in that and u will come to know wats the status of your tech support

    I will sent a private letter from the CONSUMER COURT to address mentioned below

    well finally i got my laptop replaced and its a brand new one and the issue is taken care
    Waited for so many days and the issue is resolved

    Thanks to SURESH Manager of Customer Support, SUDIN and RESHMA
