hi my name is Nitin, I have brought Acer Laptop Model-4736z on Jan month
now the trouble is the LCD screen has got some black patch from inside on left bottom corner due to which the vertical right side 30% is appearing with white color.
when I went to customer service he told me that it is beyond warranty because the screen is broken else there is nothing like broken sign I can see on this Laptop. so he is gouging me with 10000 Rs and told me that they do not provide warranty to LCD screen.
Now I am in total chaos what to do as I am completely innocent of all these that happened.
can anybody suggest me what to do?
