As I have purchased acer aspire 4741Z on 12 Nov 2010.from croma centar (R-City Ghatkopar) Mumbai.
after completion of 4 months the problem coming in a rapid way the display light becomes dull after the use of 20 min.also I noticed that Some key on keyboard viz.X key in not operating properly Also there is a problem of screen flickring while using net as well as without net. Contacting with acer customer care there is no reply . also using acer sms service there is no reply.that means I think Acer company is bogus company & I think I have wasted my money and time while purchasing the laptop
there is no custemer complain center on the web side .of acer

I had bought my laptop on 15/08/2011 Acer Aspire Timeline . There was a problem with my display screen, as nothing was visible on screen when laptop was start's so, I had logged a complaint on 26/09/2011. My complaint no. is 092611 - 608. Technican took 4 days to get in touch with me & attend my call after i logged a complain (1st bad impression). he told me that i would receive a new screen in a week but i received a new screen on 03/10/2011 which was again faulty (2nd bad impression), till date i have not received my display. When ever you call he 24/7 helpline no they either keep trnasfering the call from 1 dept to another or hang up the call when asked for explanation. I received call from a guy name tushar ghosh from acer advising me the matter would be sorted in 4-45 days, since then i have not heard from him nor does any1 ans the call when i call them on the contact no. provided. Same is with the service centre excecutives in Mumbai i.e. WIP Impact in Thane. I m realy not satisfied with the service I have received from acer. As there is no proper service all is just a wast of time & money.

I purchased an acer aspire 5740g on august 23rd 2010. It cost me 43,990 inr. earlier this year in may 2011 i extended my warranty uptill 23rd august 2013 at the cost of 4000inr.
My laptop suddenly stopped working on 20th october 2011 and i gave it to the acer customer care : Reverse technologies andheri(E), mumbai on 26th october.
they informed me that motherboard has to be replaced and placed an order for it on 26th october itself. now its been 18 days and they keep giving excuses as to not having the part and ordering it from abroad (taiwan). if they do not have a replacement motherboard in india then should i not be entitled to a replacement laptop? whhy should i wait 25 days just to replace a part which they have claimed they don't have with them?
i would really like to file a case against the acer customer service. please help me on the procedure and people facing similar problems or who have faced earlier could also please lend some suppport.

This is to Inform You that on 15 /jan/2012 I bought a D257 Mini Acer Laptop . Yesterday When i Opened the laptop, i saw my screen was damaged,
i donot how this all happened. there was no physical damage or scratch . Now i am not able to use my laptop . i want this laptop to be replaced .
