I bought an Acer laptop- TravelMate4730 on 01/08/2009. The laptop was not functioning well and would shut down abruptly. Within the first 5 months I had to go to the Acer service centres twice. They changed the motherboard and the RAM of my laptop.
After a few weeks the problem again occured. So, I took the laptop to the service centre for the third time. Again they changed the motherboard and laptop. They returned the laptop after 25 days. Now, the very day when I got back the laptop, the laptop again shut down abruptly not to start again. I am tired and fed up of going to the service centres again and again.
The faulty laptop cost me Rs. 36,700/-.
Apart from that going again and again to the service centres cost me time and money.
