My acer aspire 4520 is been useless from the last 2 months as the motherboard and the speakers r corrupted. On 28th april i took it to service center but they told it will take around 10-14 days to be repaired because parts r not available. Till today it has been not repaired. Yesterday they told the parts have come. I took it and after 1 hour they told the parts which headoffice has sent is defected. Previously they have also said that this particular model is been very much problematic and parts are not available at all. They are saying the laptop has to be send to bangalore now. But its enough. I want my laptop within 2 days fully repaired otherwise it must be replaced. What should i do ?
