my lapi is in warranty period but they are not give me good service

this message has been written because sine 3 months my laptop is not working
showing excess heating, poor battery, windows corrupt . these problems are shown at service center in guarantee period but no improvement was shown by laptop. my laptop is still in the guarantee period. the service center is demanding some cash . so i want a strict action to be taken against the ACER 57382 .
I want laptop recovery or my money to be compensated .
so its my request to u to take a immediate and fast action

I had purchased a Acer Laptop (Aspire 5738) from anuthorised reseller at Asr.(Pb.) on 21-10-2009. Since last one and half month it is out order due to its keypad problem.I had submitted all the reqired documents my Laptop and case ID-090310-106(DATED 03-09-2010) to the service center at Asr. I had wasted hunderds of rupees to phone the service center and regional center at Mohali but all in vain.Still I have not got any service or response from the comany. I have also registered the case at consumer court.At their suggestion I had also sent a regtd. letter to Acer India Pvt. Ltd at Manglore but still the problem is at it is. I suggest all the costomers who planned to purchase new Laptop or PC never purcase the product of this company because it is a third class company.
