i,ashish:confusedconfused: wish to inform you that my lenovo laptop of service tag no:7QMG4BS (MAC address: 00.26.B9.09.DB.FA)was stolen on 2.9.10 along with usb modem and 2 mobile phones. i had mailed and made contact for several times to dell.however i have get a response from dell reff number:MWD(KMM1240166I2324IL0KM) and also get a tollfree no.one of your customer care executive told me to send the FIR N0:170/10 and all the documents to you for tracking my laptop. i had the dvds of windows 7home premium but the product key was stolen as it was stuck behind my laptop.if you give me the product key i can use it.my everything had gone.
therefore, please do needfull action at this situation for recovery my os product key.
