I ordered an Inspriron 14R on 8th June 2010 online and got the shipment on 15th June under the order number 0614449 and tag no. 67DZ5BS. But as I opened the box i found that the laptop screen was completly broken desipe of any damage to the shpment carton. Immediately I called their customer care and they asked me to send photographs of the laptop. I am joining an MBA program and need this laptop from 17th which is just two days from now. IT quite painful experience that I hav encountered. I dont know what they will do.
