sir/madam- now i am facing software problem with this device,at the time of purchasing they give us false information and garaunty of the device.now the device is having problem with its software,we went to their shop to fix the problem but they refused to do so,they said that at the time of purchasing we only give the warranty of device hardware not software,and they refer us to go to hcl company,we have wasted our time and money twice and thrice going to their shop but they are not dealing with us correctly,why should we go to hcl company we have purchased this device from their shop so it is their responsibility to fix this promblem not ours WHAT IS THE USE OF ITS HARDWARE IF ITS SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,now we want our money back with all other transport expences,KINDLY HELP US IN THIS ISSUE SO THAT WE GET OUR MONEY BACK

This is to inform you that I had purchased an HCL Me Leaptop -Serial No:9094ax117705-P41 PDC;from Novion computers,Kottayam district,Kerala.The product is showing serious display problems like jumping the screen and I had already send the laptop for service,in the HCL service centre,Ernakulam.The product got serviced but the display problem still arises after the service.This indicates that your product quality is not good.As a customer I had to get value for my money. I think that its my right and want to get my money back or a good product of other company.

Another thing is that the dealer assured me that i will get 3 year warranty on my laptop if i register the product on your website. I have tried several times to register my product,but i failed as the promotion code given by your service person (Bijoy-Ph:09633275406) -NYP 120901 is no longer active.I have send a message to HCL customer care division,on that day HCL service person talked me over phone and ensured the promotion code is active.But it is not working till now.I think they had given me a false extended warranty assurance.I request you to help me to register my product to get the three year warranty ,proper service or my money be back.I would like to say desperately that HCL customer support is not good.

when i made my handset repaired first time by service center technician, they complained me the handset is already water locked and it could not be repaired. I didn't make my handset repaired anywhere else. Now in this case how can i get warrenty....
