i m DEVESH KUMAR AGRWAL work with a software company in pune purchased a Acer aspire 5738 laptop from mg road pune . & after 11 month my acer battery was out of order( not working). i complaind to acer service center ( chhinchwad ). they registerd my complaind & said for call back in 7 days but even after 15 days when i called them they said for again 8days. i m a working proffessional i m not able to ask every time to my clients that attech my charger & then i will show you my product. i told them my all problems & also said that i m going to consumer court but they said as you wish.
