Default complaint against dell

I have brought dell inspiron 1564 ,service tag f9bl5bs which i brought on 2nd august 2010 from galaxy pc4u in meerut.Its touchpad stopped working after sometime which i show it to dell authorised dealer in meerut city and he flatlly refused to check my laptop . They said that they wont even touch my laptop without bill which was not there with me.I asked them to check their records but they said they will be charging me RS 300 to issue that.
When i called DELL helpline number , they always say there server is down and asked me to call the next day.I have called them 3 times and everytime i m hearing this.
I am a student and i have been studying in jamshedpur and i cant go to meerut again and again and dell too is not responding to my problem.
I m really fed up of my problem and want it to solve as soon as possilble.
hope mine problem will be solved.

Unhappy Customer service complain

Hi,
I went to one of the dell store at Laxme nagar New delhi To purchase a laptop and purchased it. But i am very much disappointed with the rude behaviour and threatining behaviour of the store manager at there. While going out of the store the glass had broken of the door by one of my cousin jus by pushing it outside. There was no Gaurd and no signage mentioned whether it was a push or a pull. I cant understand how can such a thick glass can be broken by jus pushing it out.He than started harassing and threating me that i need to rethink nd give 16000k on the spot. Is this the kind of people the dell is hiring where they have no attitude for brand and there jus for sake of earning money and no CRM.And was talking too rudly and when asked for the ARM or the RM manager no he said that, Woh log kuch nahi karsakte jo karna hai main hi karuga" . I am also from customer service industry and know that customers are GOD and king when they come to the store but the manager @ dell store made me realise that dell is just a NAME SAKE nad no service and all. Now he had charged unnecessiraly Rs 4000 and need to pay more same amount as he had kept the bill with him. So pls help me out to get my money back and all the HARRASEMENT given to me by him should be taken care esp with a female client. I Hope this msp passes to the seniour members of dell and i get help soon.

I am still in the shock condition how can such a big name DELL give such exoperience to customers. I hope to get revert back soon.
