I had purchased a HP Laptop Care Pack (Service Pack) for Rs. 4800.00 on 31st Oct 2009. It was not registered against my name and I was denied cashless service at their authorised service centers. I have complained several times to the customer care through telephone and email. They replied that as because the payment was delayed they are were unable to register it and my payment of Rs. 4800.00 will be refunded. After following up for almost a year I did not get a refund and I had to pay to get my laptop serviced. I am trying to reach the higher authorities of HP but unable to get any contact details. Need help urgently as it is almost a year since I paid the money. It is not the amount of money but a matter of trust and ethics.
PLEASE HELP.
