Complaint regarding HP Laptop Battery
Dear Sir,
I purchased new HP Laptop 510 on 11th Feb. 2010, since that time my battery is not working, i given my laptop to HP authorised service center regarding this problem and they replied that my battery sr. no. 6AQCPO2AXXXJF9 is not matching with my mother bord no. 2AETH04BRXV3T9(320GB) and regarding this matter my Token no. was 877 dated 19/04/2010. Now local dealer from where i purchased my laptop is not giving proper response. Plz help me in this case.
