Sir/Madam,

With due respect i would like to inform you that i purchased a COMPAQ PRESARIO C700 series laptop with a warranty of 1 year.The company provided me the extended warranty for more 2 years after paying 6500 Rs. But 4 days ago when i went to the RT Outsourcing Services Ltd.(Authorised HP Service center),Near N.A.S. College,Meerut(UP) to resolve some problem in my laptop.Now they are informing me that the motherboard has been changed so they cannot resolve my problem.And i had submitted the laptop at same service center 2 times earlier.I am facing such lame excuses from service center & my laptop is still under warranty.

So i request you to please help me in this regard.
