I made a deal of a laptop,Dell Inspiron 14R with a company named Creations Laptoppe Company, Jaipur, India on 30thOct 2010. The laptop was worth 41000. We paid advance 41000, The Company gave us a receipt and asked us that the laptop will be delivered a few days later. On the due date, the company could not deliver the laptop. The owner kept on promising that it will be delivered in a few hours the same day but they failed. Next day, we went to the shop and asked them for the laptop. They said it will be delivered by 2 pm that day but we told them to give us a cheque of 41000 and we will return the cheque once they deliver our laptop. But again they failed to deliver the laptop and thus we went to encash the cheque. The cheque got bounced. There was no money in the account. We kept on calling that person who kept on giving us hopes that he is depositing the money in the account but the bank got closed and we didn’t get our money. When we called him, he said he will give us cash next day. We went to the shop next day and found out many others like us in the similar situation like us, their money not returned by the shop keeper and we also didn’t get our money.

We have the receipt of our cash payment, the cheque that the company gave us and the bank’s letter saying that the company’s account had insufficient balance to encash the cheque.

Please advise us on future course of action

A complaint with strong proofs.......and also i want to know that does on internet the complaints are just for adding the database or really the customer forum guys are too solving ? In fact they must provide the info on every complaint with the quote that :
1."Your complaint is in pending"
2. "Your Complaint had been solved"
3."or Kindly provide more proofs"
