I had spoken to DELL Sales person for procurement of DELL Laptop on 24 june 2010.Initial offer was mailed to me on 24 june 2010.My order for DELL Laptop was placed on 27 june 2010.Before placing my order on 27 june I had given my shipping details to your sales person Keerthi sharma by written mail dated 24 june 2010.I have send the same mail to Keerthi sharma again on dated 28th june 2010 which is linked below for your reference.Despite of repetitive reminder to keerthi sharma Dell's sales person about shipping details and billing details the same was not been updated in DELL system because of which DELL Laptop was delivered to my billing address which i refused to collect.I had already communicated to DELL sales person through mail and verbal communication regarding billing and shipping details repetatively but not much was done.I have send the adress confirmation mail to Amith who is also working for DELL.Again i have contacted dell Customer care and had given my details to Rathi regarding my billing and shipping details via mail dated 30 june 2010.After this i had given mail to 3 person in DEll venkata_vulavakattu@dell.com, rathi_k@dell.com, Keerthi_Sharma@Dell.com, for the same.After one week again i had given mail to rathi_k@dell.com for the same.In short after repetative reminder through mails to DELL person my consignment is pending till date.
As Sales person from DELL has done mistake while placing order because of which my delivery date which was scheduled on or before 12 August 2010 is still pending. My order number for DELL Laptop is 840077946.
Hope to get resolution to this issue at the earliest.
