Delay in laptop repair under warranty

submitted my case at RT outsourcing, Faridabad vide case No. 4618233252. Till date the HP has not sent the correct part to the service centre. The incorrect part has been sent twice during the last nine days. Please do the needful at the earliest to avoid the inconvenience.
