Subject:defective laptop product is provided by dell computers.

i bought the dell xps-L501x on 2 jan 2011 online directly from dell.since the day i got the it i facing many problems with the product.
1.On the very first day of my order delivery i.e. on 14 jan 2011 i found out that there is a red spot on my laptop lcd screen,for that my lcd screen was replaced.
2.after some days of use my USB port stopped functioning,for that mother board was replaced.
3.since the problem was not fixed,again the daughter board was replaced.
4.now i found out that my laptop does not have physical wi-fi adaptor.
this time when i contacted dell,executive asked me to open the system again to fix the problem.
already my system has been opened thrice by dell team and i do not want to open it again.due to this my laptop has became very fragile ,hardware parts got loose and lifetime of my system is very much degraded.
i am very much disappointed of dell computers services and now do not want to continue with dell anymore.i want refund of my money as soon as possible.
kindly register this case in consumer forum.i will be very grateful.
