I purchased an Inspiron N5010 laptop on 5th July, 2010 with service tag number FR856BS.
In the month of october i faced problems with my laptop like blank screen on starting and the failure of the exhaust fan.
I contacted the DELL technical support executive and he promised me a whole unit replacement in 15-20 days.
But the faulty system itself was picked up around 25th of november, more than a month late.
Then I contacted them and every time with some or the other excuse they extended the period of delivery.
I am a student of ISM Dhanbad(IIT), and I am facing big problems these days due to absence of my laptop.
And I've decided to buy a new one, so I want 100% cashback of my laptop cost i.e. Rs40400.
Kindly take this issue at priority and help me out at the earliest.
