    SERVICE TAG NUMBER -7SXDDN1

    I have purchased Dell laptop from a retailer in Nehru place [Laptop Zone, 104-105 Bajaj House, Mob.9899031111, 9818933085]. My laptop motherbord is corrupt as the laptop is not booting. When called Dell service center , they say its not puchased through proper channel and it was illegellay shipped to india fron thailan. I have the invoice from the retailer Invoice no. 1323 Date: 2-Mar-2011]. I am frustrated from 1 mothing taking to dell person and retailer. Now I am planning to take both Dell and retailer to consumer court. Dont buy Dell products, their service is becoming worst day by day, they put phone either on hold or they disconnect.!!!

    I realy wish if some Dell executive can tell me solution about this, because currently dell support says to ask retailer to replace and retailer is pushing it to Dell, even when i called dell customer care to talk directly to retailer they disconnect the pone.

    did u get any solution for ur problem, as me also facing a similar kind of problem that is the service from dell is getting worse even after paying a handsome cost for the product ,costumers are left on their luck for the product to perforn.

    ya thats what i said even after replacement of the unit the same very problem is persisting ,letting me think whether the same unit was returned to me after almost two months in name of replacement...so now i facing the same probleb of faulty touch pad for almost five months..& getting various new excuses from the tech support & administration.
