Hi ,

I have purchased a Vostro model of Dell in August 2011. I have been experimenting problem as my laptop frequently gets blue crash & touch pad stops working.

I have complaint many times to the dell customer care but they waste my time by keeping hold for hours and hours and still the problem persists.

Pls tell me how to go against it.

is dat it fully stops working or its does not follow ur finger smootly...i hv a similar problem of touch pad from dell inspiron of jan 12 (replaced one for a old inspiron of sep 11 as it was under warranty) product ..they tried evrything for resolving it...but evrytimes it works for few days & and gets stuck...
but the difference is that it only does so when it is on charging
i m constanly reporitng d matter to dell cust care.
they are helpless in helping me out, so i m planning to for a consmer court case for the defective product...& the losses wh i hv incuured for last 4 months as i hv the same issue of touch pad malfunctioning.

I see from our records that your system has been replaced. Are you facing the same issue with the replacement system too ?
