Dont book at all online dell laptop. they are known for nowonwards the worst service provider.
Dell is proud to have such type of service.
They even dont bother since last two months i hv not delivered my laptop though i already paid whole amount of laptop 2 months backed.
They dont have any internal system for status of laptops.
I dont know what happend to DeIi??

Dear all,

I am using Dell-Inspiron -1545 -Laptop since almost 18 months and till now I am not satisfied with the Service that Dell is giving..I had a talk on DELL TOLL FREE number more than 20 times regarding engineers visit to my place to get my laptop repaired. I also paid the amount for the same well in advance....But Still I haven't received any service from DELL...........I was satisfied with DELL earlier when there was no problem but Now I think I made a real mistake by purchasing DELL .......It is one of the worst service provider in India.......If they are incapable of providing service and then also committing us to get service....then why DELL is selling laptops.......... They don't take our problems and issues seriously........Rather I think I may go for high reimbursement from DELL and file a case against DELL...Being from the research field ,I was in urgency of Data and I wanted quick support from DELL and due to DELL`s delay in service , today I had to suffer a lot.....

Hope DELL improves their service all over.....
