the company unnecessorily delays the services specially after or before the warranty is provided.i have a laptop which is a xps series & 2 months back the screen was broken of the same.i wanted to have warranty extensions done, for which the company demanded Rs. 550 n d payement was made for the same, but even after the payment been made the company hasent returned any conformation so far regarding the payment & is constantly misleading regarding the same.
