Dear sir,
I had purchased a laptop of Dell Inspiron 1050 worth rs.40500 in september2010 from Akola, Maharashtra ,with in 1 month of purchase i had faced a issue of flowing current through metalic body at some parts. On my complained dell had replaced a charger n again i m facing the same issue and this time i demanded for system replacement and it is a manufacturing defect. But Dell clearly denied and replaced charger and mother board but still same issue is being faced by me and my warrenty will come to end in end of november2011. Dell is asking me to extend the warrenty by paying rs.5500 for 1 year .So that if the issue is continued, they will provide me free service only if i extend warrenty and after replacing mother board and charger this time a new display issue has arrived and i m not satisfied at all ,by response given by Dell support.
So Sir, Its my humbeled request to u that please guide me how to fue Dell through Consumer Protection Act.
