Sub - About replacing the inspiron laptop 1464.

Dear sir,

With heartly request I Rahul Gautam want to say that I have purchased Dell Inspiron Laptop 1464 model on 14th April 2010,and it didn't work properly then we contacted Dell customer care and they replaced new motherboard on 2nd may 2010, but again it didn't work properly and this gone for twise and at last they told that they will replace on june month.

Now it the date of 24th nov and no action is taken ,we contacted them many times and they told always that after 2 days engineer will change but untill now no action has been taaken.

pls help us sir i shall be very thankful..
