I ordered for a dell laptop on 07-oct-2010. As per the commitment from dell they said I will recieve the laptop on or before 18-oct-2010. So far I have not recieved the laptop. I asked them on status of my laptop and they said it will take another 8 days for the laptop to be delivered. They are not ready to compensate me on this delay also. So please consider this as an official complain against dell. Please find the attachment of my order confirmation with all other details.
