Sir,
I have given an order for a laptop mentioned above from dell showroom bhopal on 24/07/2010(49 days back) and according to DELL's policy they deliver the laptops within 45 days at maximum,but i have not received uptill now.I have contacted dell customer care many times and have not received any response in the matter also the DELL showroom of bhopal have not given me any confirm delivery date and are not taking any action in the matter.
kindly look into the matter.
