i have purchased a new battery for my laptop dell inspiron 1525 last year.it is still in warranty period.but its back up is reduced to only 15-20 minutes.i have called dell repeatedly but they are making many types of excuses.in the end they are saying they will not replace my battery.i am totally shocked.what is the use of warranty if they will not replace or repair it.i am totally frustated with dell service quality.i think i have made a huge mistake by buying dell laptop.
