I bought my laptop from CSN SYSTEMS, Chidambaram on 18-12-2010 with 1 year warranty (mentioned in the bill) but last week when I had problems with my laptop, I approached the nearest Dell Service Center where I was told that my laptop is out of warranty and they can't help me in any circumstances.
