I have purchased Dell laptop from a retailer in New Computer Mega Mart,no;969, Second Phase, 16 B CrossYehlanka New Town Bangalore Mob.09886202810,097397122918. There are graphic and wifi problem in my laptop and grains are also seen. When called Dell service center , they say its not puchased through proper channel and it was illegellay shipped to india fron hongkong. I have the invoice from the retailer Invoice no. Ncmm1060 Date: 29-April-2011].

Hope dell will take neccessary action against this...
Plz reply at the earliest..
I m thinking to take this issue to consumer court..
