I sandeep Nervaiya booking the Dell Inspiron 5010 from the Sys-Tech Computer Sells & Services pvt ltd.

And Paying Advance booking amount 2000 Rs. for that, but when I go for taking my booked Laptop then at that time that dealer would not answered properly on my question & misbehave with me. that dealer would giving me my laptop I want to tell him about his behavior & all. But that person behave orogantly then I decide that I don't want to buy laptop I want to purchase another external device but they not allowed for them Pls help me on that I want my 2000 rs or any other device in that mony So I can do?
