Sir i am prateek kumar gupta . Sir i made an order for a dell laptop of cost 35200 on 21-10-2011 uptill now i didnt get my laptop, when i confirmed it from dell customer care they told me that i cancelled my order but i didnt do it.then i sent him a pay slip of city bank then they get confirmed for my order and assure me that i will get my latop within time in the repective address which i have provided later .but i didnt get it till now. Sir during this period i sufferd from a great loss as i am the student of national institute of pharmaceutical education and research mohali as i have to present my credit seminar during this period.
