Purchased dell inspiron n5010 in july over the internet. Within a couple of months i started facing problem with this system as it was working very slow. Called dell in november or december to get that rectified. Due to some family problem was not using the system for a couple of month as my grandmaa was seriously ill and because of which i was out of town. Got back after her passing away again called dell to get the system in place. It was established that the hard drive is faulty and was replaced after one month with a refurbished hard drive without any application.
The computer was faulty from the begining and i was never able to use it properly. Called the tech support but they were of no use.
