I purchase dell inspiron notebook from dell. I ask for carry bag with my system i also pay them for the same and they clearly mentioned in there quotation about the bag. But when i received the consignment there was no bag in that. I call back to them and from last three months they are saying it was there mistake and they are sending bag on priority. but not received till date every time there is new excuse. Is there any legal action i can take.
