Dell laptop
I belong to Visakhapatnam and I have ordered two dell laptop online from Dell India Pvt Limited by making online payment on 6th of August after which we have received order confirmation in which date of delivery was 24th of August. But the dell sales person promised to deliver the order within 5-6 days from date of making the payment on that promise we have paid 85,000Rs. immediately. Now, it is more than their promised date and no one from the dell sales service is taking care in informing about the delay in order. when we approached some customer care it says that due to unavailability of some parts there has been a delay but this kind of thing was never told to us before hand otherwise we could have made some other choice.
when we have contacted about the reason of delay the respective sales person is not lifting the calls and also his sales manager is not responding to the mails. We have already lost the interest which would had been accrued on that money. the main hurting part is the behavior of the dells representatives who don't take any concern in responding to its customers. it is very sad experience from such a reputed company and a very poor customer care.
Also when asked or searched for any senior officers direct contact number it is unable to get the required information and so these people at the lower level are doing thing on their own way. there is also no place or way to give feedback of these sales person to the company who are making bad impression of the company.
we kindly request help in this regard.
