I have purchased one Lap Top Model No. Vostro 2510 with service Tag 1XWKVF1 in 2008. We have taken the Warranty Contract for one year by paying Rs. 6500/- from dell company with proper information that the system was purchased from Canada. I also infromed the Serial No. & Service tag number of laptop. On the basis of service tag number company came to know configuration of laptop.Company allotted me Quote No. 25439563 and customer No. 791211000 on 28.07.2011.

Now our System is not working and when we approach your Jaipur (Rajasthan) service center on 03.10.2011 they informed that system is not power on - LCD Graphic issue - Charging port broken & LCD bezal broken and refused to repair the same while the unit is covered under warranty.The same word company also telling and approaching us to refund the money which i paid. When company entered into a contract, and accept the money, how company refuse to repair the laptop?

So please file our case into the consumer forum so that they repair my laptop and fulfill their commitments
