Hello everyone,

I have encountered a serious problem. I own a Dell Laptop which i purchased not even 6 months ago.
I have problem with my keyboard. Now when i want to claim my repair of the keyboard the Dell Company says they cannot repair the keyboard even when i am in the warranty period. When i purchased they gave me warranty stating that they would repair every problem and now they are fooling me and say that the cannot repair.

Please i need help with this. This can be done with anyone also, So please dont buy Dell Laptops anymore. They are fooling everyone around.

Please lodge a complaint against Dell. THEY ARE FOOLING THEIR CUSTOMERS..........
PLEASE DONT LET DELL FOOL MORE PEOPLE.
