On 13th June 2010 i bought a DELL INSPIRON 14Z T560121-Black CC
(TRACK no- G2DCYL1) on cash pay of rs 39500. After one an half month i faced a problem on DFD screen of my laptop , the visuals is not at all clear and dot paches are appears in the screen . I called the local dealers from where i bought the laptop , they gave me a toll free no of service center , i called in that no several times but the operator said the technical person is not there please call after some time , I tried 2-3 times but i am not able to log a call in service center . So i went to dell showroom which is located at Jamshedpur address- (ORIGIN INFOMEDIA PVT LTD, HOLDING NO- 1,68, PENNAR ROAD, SAKCHI , Jamshedpur- 831001) i took my laptop there since 18th august 2010, but they didn't log my call till date .
I have two problem-
(1) If you(DELL) are saling your product to any country then you sould make your service center for domestic launguage also . I am not able to catch up theie acent they talk .
(2) Local delears should solve some genuine problem , if they are also not able to log calls in the duration of 10 days then its not , why they are open DELL showroom .
(3) I do not expect that DELL laptop will be defected , after one month i faced the problem then its really bad in your product and also bad in your service.

My laptop is still with DELL shop .
