I purchaised the dell vostro series on 21/8/09 but since then the speaker r not working well and there seems to a problem in the booting system. so i made the notification to the dell laptop center being apreviledged customer they promised me to attend within 24hrs but it has been 8 days and there is no reply i kept on calling them but only false assurance were given no one came to solve the problem.now they r telling me to bring the laptop to their place to get it corrected,currently i am staying in greater noida it is very hectic to reach the place they.i gave them all my contacts and adress but there is no reply.So it will be very helpful if my problem is sorted out faster.

I Shamshul Khaliq have ordered the Dell Inspiron laptop on 14th of august 2010 from nehru place, My order no is 840105453. .My Contact no is 9555476337. I was told that i will get the laptop at my address via pos in next 10 working days.
Regarding i have talked to Mr.sam he told me i will be getting it on friday. and i have also talke to Mr. Lohith(08025108703) bt they all kept on saying you wil get in 2-3 days time but there is no call back even.

it already been a month and still no body is answering the call all phone are switched off. i am soon going to register a police complaint against dell if there is no step taken by you all also. Dell are playing with peoples need.
