    Default Dell Laptops

    Sir,
    My name is Tushar Garg and i have bought a dell laptop with 2years accidental warranty which will get over by august 2012.
    But from the day i bought it i have been facing lots of problems in it.
    I have to call in dell customer care almost 2-3 times a month or even more.
    They just change the components and solve my issue for some days but the problem exists every time. They have changed its mother board twice, Hard drive thrice, LAN port, keyboard , touch pad, Battery, Adapter nd much more in just 16 months.
    I am a student and my whole work depends on my laptop and every time i have to reinstall all the softwares. It has become a very serious problem for me. Please do something in this regard. I have many times asked dell to change my laptop or to check it properly but no serious steps have been taken by them in this regard. They are making a fool of me for a long time. I have previously mailed you on the same issue. But even after no step has been taken. On 27th jan i called at dell customer care as my hard drive is not working . They as usual promised to change it but no reply had came from their side after that. I am highly dissapointed by this.
    I want you to take some serious action in this regard . Instead of arranging a call from dell office i want to change this laptop completely. They have made a fool of me by sending this useless thing to me.
    My laptop service tag no. is G8SR6BS from where you can get all informations and can check how many times i have issues related to this.

    Sir, its my sincere request to you to take some action upon this. Please respond ASAP.
