I have been facing lot of problems in my DELL laptop (Inspiron) for almost an year.
Firstly, whenever I call DELL support, they do not follow up the problem properly and hang up on me saying that I have to get my own Windows CD.
Secondly, I had ordered a Windows CD when I bought the system. DELL representative says it has been delivered to the DELL Exclusive Store from where I bought the laptop. When I contact the said store, they shout at me and say that it is not their responsibility. I need to contact DELL for the problem.
Both the parties are playing smart and not helping me out in any way. They are just increasing my grievances. I am suffering as I have paid the money but the product has not been delivered as per specifications.
To add to my problems, the warranty of my laptop is about to expire after which they will not take any action without charging me heftily.
I want an action to be taken against them for not only causing me all these problems but increasing my tensions and harassing me mentally.
